ROLE OVERVIEW:
This is an entry-level role within the Design & Development team, providing an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain hands-on experience in design engineering within the medical device industry.

As a Graduate Project Engineer, you will work alongside experienced Design Engineers to support the development, improvement and maintenance of innovative medical devices. ROLE OVERVIEW:
This is an entry-level role within THOR, providing an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on experience in NetSuite and associated business system development and support. As a Junior NetSuite Developer, you will work closely with our experienced developer – Principal Business Systems and AI Architect, IT Support Technician and cross-functional teams to support the development, customisation, integration and ongoing maintenance of the company's NetSuite ERP platform and associated business systems. The role offers exposure to system design, process automation, data management, reporting and application development within a growing organisation. Full training and mentoring will be provided to support the successful candidate in building technical expertise.

Stores and Quality Technician (UK)

ROLE OVERVIEW:
This role calls for a highly proactive individual who demonstrates a strong commitment to quality and effective inventory management, supported by meticulous attention to detail.

The Stores and Quality Technician will be accountable for an efficiently and accurately controlled stock management system. This will include the management of the storage area for component stock, carrying out Quality Control checks on incoming goods and accurately issuing components to support our production operations. It will be essential to maintain stock level accuracy and traceability by completing frequent stock counts along with interaction with aspects of the Quality Management System which control our actions around stock integrity. Comply with ISO 13485, internal SOPs and all relevant regulatory requirements at all times.

Factory Assembler / Field Service Engineer (USA)

ROLE	Factory Assembler / Field Service Engineer
LOCATION	Vermont, USA
REPORTING TO	Director of NovoTHOR Operations
HOURS	Full time, but flexible hours
COMPENSATION	$25-28 per hour / negotiable depending on experience

ROLE OVERVIEW:
With headquarters in the UK and manufacturing facilities in both the US and UK, we are seeking a versatile Manufacturing and Service Technician to join our US team in Vermont.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the production and customer delivery of THOR's flagship PBM beds. The position is split between two key responsibilities:

Assembling THOR's flagship photo-biomodulation beds on the production line at our Vermont facility (approximately 75% of the role), and
Traveling across the United States to perform service calls, installations, and technical support for customers (approximately 25% of the role).

This is a hands-on, self-directed position that requires strong mechanical assembly skills, a customer- focused mindset, and the flexibility to travel regularly. The role reports directly to the Director of NovoTHOR Operations.
