Delivery and Warranty

DELIVERY
Most orders will ship within 30 days from the time your order is confirmed and payment is received and cleared. This is not guarantee for a date specific arrival of your order.

UK SHIPPING
UK delivery is typically next day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Overseas shipping typically a week.

ADDRESSING
We can only ship to street addresses. Couriers can not deliver to a PO Box.

5 YEAR CONDITIONAL WARRANTY
THOR warrants that it's laser systems will function and perform within specification for one year from the date of delivery. This is automatically extended for another year, if serviced by THOR Photomedicine Ltd , every year continuously up to a maximum of five years. This warranty covers all parts, labour and shipping for that one year period with some exclusions (see below).

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Batteries (used in portable units) and probe cables are excluded from the warranty as the lifetime of these will depend on the amount of use and operator care. The warranty shall not apply to equipment that has been abused, modified or damaged, or fitted with substitute parts other than parts fitted by THOR. THOR shall not be liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience caused by any failure of it's products.

SERVICE AND REPAIRS
To arrange a service of the equipment visit the website www.thorlaser.com/service.

In the unlikely event that the product fails within the terms of the warranty, shipping and repairs will be performed at no charge.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
If you cancel your order THOR reserves the right to levy a charge for costs incurred.

The THOR LX2.3 Photobiomodulation system has a medical CE mark (EC certificate). It is indicated for oral mucositis, tendinopathies, joint pain, neck pain and back pain for marketing in the UK, EU and Australia.

The THOR LX2.3 Photobiomodulation system is also FDA Cleared for marketing in the United States for: Temporary increase in local blood circulation, temporary relief of minor muscle and joint aches, pains and stiffness and relaxation of muscles; for muscle spasms, and minor pain and stiffness associated with arthritis.

Excluding the THOR LED Helmet, THOR LX2 and NovoTHOR systems are manufactured under conditions fulfilling the quality system requirements of Annex II, excluding (4), of the directive 93/42/EEC as amended and satisfy the applicable international harmonised standards.
