"Dear Amber and Steve,

Thank you for pulling out all the stops to get my treasured LX2 Therapy unit back to me safe and sound.

It's such an amazing, 'practice changing treatment modality' that it's like having an arm cut off trying to treat patients without it.

Your equipment and services are highly valued by both me and all the patients I treat.

Please pass on my appreciation to everyone concerned.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
