Delivery and Warranty

DELIVERY
Your delivery costs will be calculated at the time when you confirm your order. Most orders will ship within 7 days from the time your order is confirmed and payment is received and cleared. This is not guarantee for a date specific arrival of your order.

UK SHIPPING
UK delivery is typically next day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Overseas shipping typically a week.

ADDRESSING
We can only ship to street addresses. Couriers can not deliver to a PO Box.

WARRANTY
THOR warrants to the purchaser that it’s laser systems will function and
perform within specifcation for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers all parts, labour and shipping for that one (1) year period. The warranty can be extended for up to 5 years (for free) if the unit is serviced by THOR annually.

EXCLUSIONS
Batteries (used in portable units) and probe cables. The lifetime of these will depend on the amount of use and operator care. The warranty shall not apply to equipment that has been abused, modifed or damaged, ftted with substitute parts other than parts approved and ftted by THOR.

THOR shall not be liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience caused by
any failure of it’s products.

In the unlikely event that the product fails within the terms of the warranty, shipping and repairs will be performed at no charge.

The warranty will automatically extend up to 5 years (for free) if the unit is routinely serviced by THOR every year.
