About BiOS 2006 :

BiOS 2006 is a scientific symposium for reporting on fundamental developments in biomedical optics. There will be a session on low level laser / photobiomodulation held on Sunday Jan 22nd. The speakers will be world leading authorities presenting on light / tissue interaction, phototherapy mechanisms, “dose”, wavelength and other factors that determine successful treatment.

There will be clinical and laboratory papers presented on spinal cord injuries, inflammation, wound healing and pain relief and. This will be the most scientifically rigorous meeting of 2006. This event is not for beginners.

THOR’s Managing Director James Carroll will present his paper on laser output stability, beam measurement, dose calculations and dose-rate effects. Doesn’t that sound exciting!
